Manuscript Format
All manuscripts must have a title page and synopsis (with spoilers) included in the package.
12 pt font, Times New Roman. Double spaced. Each chapter should have its own “new blank page,” not just entered until a new page.
Title page with the legal first name, contact information (address, telephone number, email address) and word count on the top right-hand corner. Along with the title of the book and author’s name centred on the page.
For the rest of the pages, a header with page number, title, and author name.

Query Letter (or in the body of email)
Synopsis
Manuscript (50 pages, double spaced)
Must be in a Word document.
Genre
If your manuscript does not fall under these categories, please do not submit. If you do, and it does not match our genres, it will be an automatic rejection. The genre must be stated in your query letter.

Romance – Erotic (not to be confused with erotica)

Romance – General

Please send the 50 first pages of your polished manuscript, query letter, and synopsis to submissions[@]vibepublishing.ca
Email subject heading should look like this:
SUBMISSION: Project Name by Author Name / Book Genre
All the requirements should be in a neat, singular document. The query letter can either be in the body of the email or included in the submission package.
